Certified Pilates Instructor and Certified Personal Fitness Trainer Pat Massey Welter would like to make YOU the "Biggest Winner" of inches lost, as well as improve your fitness level, posture, flexibility, endurance, strength and energy. Pat offers to all potential personal training clients a Pilates training / personal training consultation. She consults with potential clients to ensure that each has the perfect trainer - whether it be her or one of the other talented trainers at Suncoast Pilates. She offers personal fitness training as well Pilates instruction in one-on-one, semi-private and group Reformer / Tower equipment sessions. Your program will be tailored to you, whether you are a beginning exerciser, one wishing to change their fitness regimen, an individual needing post-rehabilitation exercise or an athlete requiring sports-specific conditioning.

Pat, who has been a trainer in the area for over fifteen years, and has owned an area studio for over ten years, brings a wealth of training and experience in Pilates, Personal Fitness Training and other exercise disciplines and holds numerous certifications in Pilates, personal training, fitness, post-rehab fitness and aquatics.

As a side note, Pat is the resident area expert on diabetes and exercise, as an insulin dependent diabetic, and is partnered with local physicians, therapists, diabetes educators and registered dietitians. She is also the resident exercise expert on arthritis and fibromyalgia and exercise, and was former Regional Program Director of the Arthritis Foundation. She is also a Certified Arthritis Foundation instructor.
