 Suncoast Pilates studio in Palm Harbor, Florida, offers Pilates equipment instruction and personal training.  Looking for a dramatic change to your body?  Looking for a different way to work out that leaves you feeling stronger, leaner, sculpted, energized and more flexible, yet does not leave you unable to walk, sit or move the next day?  Professional athlete looking to improve core strength and flexilibility?  Never exercised, or have not exercised in a long time? Our Certified Personal Trainers and Certified Pilates instructors will put together a plan to meet your fitness goals. 

  Now entering our thirteenth year of reshaping clients in North Pinellas, Suncoast serves the Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, Dunedin, Oldsmar, Holiday, Countryside, Eastlake, Safety Harbor, Ozona, Holiday and Tampa Bay Florida area.

The studio specializes in Pilates equipment training in private, one-on-one sessions, offered in a serene, non-gym environment.  For those who have a friend or partner, the studio offers duo sessions.  For those who desire a group environment, the studio offers Pilates group equipment sessions on select days and times.  (For individuals with back, neck, knee issues or any orthopedic concerns or  injuries, privates are highly recommended.)
